Career

Lindsay started her career at age three, modeling for the prestigious agency Ford. She was the first redhead (fine, auburn) to star for Ford. Since then she has appeared in over 60 commercials for several companies, including Gap and Jell-o. She has appeared on five television shows (only four ran), one box office movie, one television movie, and an audio book recording.

Another World...1996-1997...Lindsay played Ali Fowler in this soap. However, I found some sites that said that Alicia Leigh Willis played Ali...help!

The Parent Trap...1998...Lindsay played twins Annie (from London, England) and Hallie (from Napa, California), in this, the first of her box office movies.

Life Size...2000...In this Disney movie featuring Lindsay and supermodel Tyra Banks, Lindsay played a girl whose doll [Tyra] comes alive.

Bette...2000 [pilot only]...In the newly cancelled CBS sitcom Bette, Lindsay was to star as Bette's daughter Rose. However, the production moved from New York (Lindsay's home) to California. She was not willing to move away from friends and family, and so dropped out after the pilot episode.

Get A Clue...2002...UNDATED (LindsayFans.com) The Disney Channel today announced air dates and times for the upcoming Original Movie of the Month, Get a Clue but not at the Disney website. Actor Charles Shaughnessy got the official word confirming a note in actress Lindsay Lohan's journal that Clue will premiere on June 28 at 8:00pm Eastern and Pacific time. It will play immediately afterwards at 9:35pm, then be rebroadcast on June 29, and again on June 30th, both nights at 8:00pm. Shaughnessy plays two roles in Get a Clue "Meany" and "Falco." The latest vehicle for teen star Lindsay Lohan (The Parent Trap, Life-Size) was originally slated for broadcast in January. However, conflicts with some programming intended for broadcast in 2001 forced Disney Channel execs to rearrange the 2002 schedule. Lohan plays "Lexy Gold," a budding teen-aged gossip columnist working for her high-school newspaper. When a teacher disappears from campus, Lexy changes hats and becomes an investigative reporter. Teaming up with Jack (Bug Hall, Honey, We Shrunk Ourselves and The Stupids), a hard-nosed reporter from her paper, Lexy will work to sniff out the villain, uncover the mystery, and rescue her teacher.
